The loyalty program “Participate in BigChina, Win in China” was created to promote the products of our active users. By joining the program, you gain an unrepeatable opportunity to collect the points that can be traded into attractive prizes such as the possibility to poromote your company and products in megabanners, banners and featured offer. Everything is free – all you have to do is collect the points, be an active user, invite friends to register in our website, present the products, take part in competitions organized by BigChina. Also, we take care of our friends who get their first points thaks to registering by your recommendation.

Every Chinese exporter, who is also a registered user of BigChina, can join our loyalty program. Following the number of collected points and the possibility of trading points to prizes will be possible thanks to the loyalty program section, which can be found after logging in.

At the moment of collecting enough points, all you have to do is choose the prize option. In case of choosing the featured products, the user decides himself about the product he wants to add (a once added product cannot be exchanged to another during its emission). After choosing the megabanner or banner option, a BigChina adviser will contact the user.

Every active BigChina user collects the points. The following actions are rewarded:

correct answers in 'Quiz about business with Europe' Quizz appears once a month. It includes 5 questions that concern Sino-European trade. The quizz is available once you are logged in the User section. The quizz can be completed only once.	10 points

registration with recommendation Every company that recommends BigChina.eu to another company will receive a 'recommendation code'. If the code is inscribed while registering the new, recomended company, the points are scored by the company that recommends another firm (20 points) and by the company that is registering (50 points)	50 points

Points collected in loyalty program may be exchanged to the following prizes:

In case of choosing the „featured product”, the user decides himself which option to choose and he adds the product . After choosing the megabanner or banner option, a BigChina adviser will contact the user.

1. The loyalty program is conducted under the motto “Participate in BigChina, Win in China”.
2. The program organizer is BigChina Ltd with its headquarter in Krakow 31-416, Poland, Dobrego Pasterza 203D St., hereinafter called “The Organizer”, the owner of the internet website www.cn.bigchina.eu
3. The program starts on 25.04.2008


2. The conditions of taking part in the program

1. Every registered user of the Chinese version of BigChina.eu might participate in the program.
2. The condition of taking part in the program is logging in the Loyalty Program Section and active participation in the competition.


3. Collecting the points

1. The participants of the Loyalty Program can collect their points through their action in the website, usage of the website, usage of the services offered by the website.
2. The points can be scored thanks to concrete actions, such as:

3. For each of the services stated above, every participant can receive the points only once.
4. In the scope of one-off Loyalty Program actions, there might be additional points added to a participant's account accordingly to the rules described separately for each action.
5. The participant can check the amount of points collected by him after logging in the Loyalty Program Section.


4. Exchanging points to prizes

1.Organizer is the founder of prizes.
2.Every participant, after having collected the determined number of points, has the right to trade them to the following prizes:

a. featured product on the main page (unit: 1 product/month)	1500 points
b. featured product on the category page (unit: 1 product/month)	1000 points
c. banner (unit:a month of displaying in certain category pointed by Chinese company)	1800 points
d. megabanner (unit: 100 views)	2800 points

3. The exchange of points to prizes from subclauses „a” and „b” can be done by each participant after logging in the Loyalty Program Section, collecting the appropriate number of points and the decision about the choice of product.
4. The exchange of points to prizes from the subclauses „c” and „d” is done after having collected the appropriate amount of points, and then, after choosing the prize „c” or „d” by the program participant, and then, contacting BigChina adviser.
5. In justified cases, the organizer reserves the right to replace the the prizes given in the statute with other similar prizes of a similar value.
6. The time of processing of the points to the prize is 14 days.
7. The organizer also reserves the right to later processing of the prizes if the number of Loyalty Program participants is too high and they will attempt to trade their points in similar time.


5. Final statements

1. The hereby statute is the only document determining the rules of Loyalty Program „Participate in BigChina, Win in China”
2. The statute is valid from the moment of placing it in the website.
3. The organizer reserves the right to implement the changes in the statute.
